Biography
Dr. Nacasius U. Ujah received his Ph.D. in international business and finance from Texas A&M International University. He joined Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ in 2016. Before SDSU, he was on faculty at the University of Nebraska at Kearney for two years. He has worked at Arvest Bank, ECOWAS and on consulting projects.
Ujah's research interests encompass the following areas of corporate finance: corporate bankruptcy risk, dividend policy, capital structure and cost of capital, executive compensation, earnings management, corporate governance and corporate social responsibility. His research interests also include financial statement analysis and security valuation.
